The Role:

Working in small dedicated team, your days will consist of supporting the children in their classroom activities, building trusting relationships and encouraging learning in a fun, friendly and safe environment.

Tasks:

– Helping children prepare for activities.

– Comforting students when required.

– Promoting independence.

– Aiding the teacher in lesson planning.

– Supporting students as required during class.

– Supervising students in the playground.

SEN School:

This is a well-established SEN school based in Loughton that delivers education to children at all ages. They assist children with complex needs and those on the autistic spectrum with their main focus in aiding the children to develop the best version of themselves.
